As the founder of Alpha Pacific Capital, Robert brings institutional-level investment access to individual investors, bridging the gap between sophisticated capital structures and private wealth growth. Tad is a veteran real estate executive with over 40 years of experience across development, acquisitions, and investment execution. He has worked with leading institutional real estate firms and capital partners including Carlyle, Colony, Westbrook, Rockpoint, Corbelis, and Henley, helping deploy more than $7 billion across master-planned communities and income properties.

In his most recent role as Director of Operations for the Western U.S. at Henley, Tad helped build a $650 million multifamily value-add portfolio across California, Arizona, Nevada, and North Carolina. His background spans residential master plans, subdivisions, underwriting, feasibility analysis, structured capital, construction oversight, and dispositions totaling more than $3 billion in gross proceeds.

Tad holds a degree from UCLA.

In her role with Alpha Pacific Capital, Melissa focuses on enhancing portfolio performance, optimizing capital deployment, and ensuring consistent execution of business plans across the portfolio. Melissa began her career in investment banking and asset management at Kepler Capital Markets and Kennedy Wilson. She holds a BS in Real Estate Development from USC and serves on several multifamily advisory boards.
